Street parking runs the length of Rood Ave, and the 6th Street lot is a two-minute walk if the curb is full. Most of our clients never come in — everything runs on secure, read-only cloud access — but the coffee's on if you'd rather hand off the shoebox in person.

One PDF or scan of your primary business checking. It tells us transaction volume, which sets the price.

QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, or a spreadsheet named "final_FINAL_v3." We'll keep you where you are unless there's a reason to move.

Payroll headcount
How many W-2 employees and how many 1099 contractors. Payroll is a $65 base plus $9 a head, so the number matters.
